Fashion.at tip for a recreational walk in Autumn/Winter 2020/21, motto 'Lockdown or curfew doesn't mean to neglect oneself'

Closer information about the announced tightened lockdown was made public last Saturday together with the rules which were developed to reduce physical contacts. The 'lockdown light' with a curfew from 20:00 to 6:00 has started on 3rd November; the 'hard lockdown' will be effective from tomorrow the 17th of November. From Tuesday, the curfew applies throughout the day with exceptions like going for work (recommended is to work from home when possible), to the doctor, etc. It's still possible to leave home for a recreational walk or do sports alone or with persons from the same household or the partner, even when last mentioned doesn't live in the same apartment. (The measures are published at sozialministerium.at). At the press conference on Saturday, sports and recreational activities were explicitly recommended.

Lockdown or curfew doesn't mean to neglect oneself. Putting on lipstick for example shouldn't be rated as a signal to others but as a loving treatment of one's own body.

Fashion.at collected some beauty and fashion pieces for a relaxed walk in nature inspired by the website wanderdoerfer.at where routes for walking throughout Austria are presented with maps and details for tour planning like length and duration of the walk. During the hard lockdown respectively curfew, long routes far away from home have to be postponed but nothing speaks against a walk through the forest nearby, the park or the city's recreation area - alone, with persons from the own household or the partner.
