Fashionoffice selection inspired by Calabria and contributed to Mother's Day 2016

Calabria is the name of the region at the toe of the Italian 'boot'; it almost touches the island Sicily. For the selection of fashion and beauty pieces on view on this page, Fashionoffice was at first inspired by the scent 'Orange Calabria' by Premiere Note. The label's perfumer Mélanie Leroux captures at the five-piece eau de parfum collection her memories of world regions as olfactory compositions. In the case of 'Orange Calabria', the fragrance evokes impressions of blooming Southern Italy and Mediterranean city beaches. (Fashionoffice tested the light, mood boosting, friendly and refreshing scent.) The 'Orange Calabria' eau de parfum is suitable for men and women.

Italian label Collistar's new 'Active Protection Sun Cream Face-Body SPF 30' is dedicated to sensitive skin and can also be used for children; which is practical as only one tube for the whole family must be packed into the bag.

Fashionoffice has already reported about Swarovski's 'Activity Tracking' jewellery (article); on view on this page is the 'Slake Deluxe' version (69.- Euros). The bracelet looks glamorous and is designed for carrying the Activity Crystal (not on view on this page) with smart fitness tracker technology by Misfit.

On occasion of Mother's Day (8 May 2016), Rimowa sent images of the 'Topas Titanium Cabin Multiwheel' - perhaps because the label knows that women with double burden welcome recreational breakouts from everyday family life. Mother's Day is also the theme of the latest press release by the Austrian label 'Margaret and Hermione' which sent pictures of selected swimwear and head pieces. On view at the image below is the combination sun hat (produced in collaboration with Hutmanufaktur Mühlbauer) and swimsuit.
