The Agency This hairstyling studio, which is situated in the Burggasse two, in the 7th district of Vienna, was founded 28 years ago by OTTO FRANZ. Since July 1999 his son Niki runs the store, which today counts seven hairstylists and assistents. Before Niki settled himself down in Vienna he made several "Schwarzkopf" trainings and seminars in the fashion-metropols of Europe - in Milan, Paris, London and last but not least Warsaw. There he made a lot of eperiences through-out the years. Fact is that he simply has what it takes to be a creative hairstylist and consequently today he is well-known in the fashion- scene.
