Apply the sun cream on your kids' skin before you leave the house. Be generous with the cream! Take your "private shadow" for the beach: hats, sunglasses, shirts for playing under the sun, parasol! Don't forget water and fresh juices: Beta-Carotene (carrots, oranges) strengthens the self-protection system of the skin; even green tea helps. After bathing apply the sun protection again.
