Fashion.at style tip for sports activities & nutrition

Articles with focus on sport concerning clothing, gear or holiday tips, count to the top content in 2019 (ranking). The interest of users is the real force behind the editorial selection of Fashion.at and so the latest press releases were searched through again for new tips in this field. At the beginning of a new year, it's an old fashion to change daily routines. Nutrition and sports activities are often placed very high at the priority lists.

Let's start with nutrition. The healthiest diets are the ones which support the body such as turning fat into muscles and bringing new energy instead of making the body weak because of eating not enough or choosing wrong food. The protein bars with various flavors like mango milkshake or chocolate brownie (on view at the image below) are from the product range by Berlin based internationally active label Foodspring (in June 2019, Mars Incorporated acquired a majority of the start-up which was founded in 2013). At the Foodspring website, the brand offers an interactive body check (tested today at foodspring.at) for the calculation of calories and nutrition. In Austria, the Foodspring products are available since August this year at the beauty, health, nutrition, household,... retail chain BIPA.

The 'Nook' sports glasses with transparent frames are from the range of the new brand Evil Eye. The label was launched by the Austrian company Silhouette in autumn 2019. The Evil Eye Nook sunglasses are designed as universal eyewear for many sports activities like trail running, hiking, trekking-tours, beach-volleyball or cycling. The unisex 'Fortune' lip balms by Rituals will be available in Austria from January 2020. The green, yellow 'Fortune Balm' protects the lips from sun with SPF 30 (it's recommended to apply it every two hours when outside) and cares with ingredients like vitamin E and various oils. The grey/cream colored lip balm repairs damages and protects from drying out.
